This is a list of NPCs we have met during our travels, as well as some
important places we've been to.
Good guys

- Bishop Rodrick
- The bishop of the Isle of Man, head of the church on the island.
Resides in Churchtown.
- Father Patrick
- Priest of Port Erin, a good source of information.
- Father Durand
- The newly appointed priest of the village of Bruinn. Suspicious
of the magi.
- Bishop Paul - deceased
- The former bishop of the Isle of Man, replaced by Rodrick.
- Father Tanchus - deceased
- Priest in the small village of Bruinn, now deceased. Got involved
in satanic plans, almost causing the destruction of the village.

- Caitlin Suil Uaine
- Half-faerie, half-human maga of unequaled power in Scotland, over
300 years old but has the looks of 30. She is also the Praeco of Loch
Leglean tribunal.
- Sir Edwin of Hexham
- A young Tytalus magus, War Leader from Horsingas covenant.
- Whitburth Frithowebba
- A 64 year-old woman. Also from the Horsingas covenant. The only Quaesitor
in Loch Leglean Tribunal (not counting James of Stagfield-on-Rhymes).
- Murchadh & Muireach
- Young twins, the other specialized in Animál magic, the other in Herbam.
- Siubhan
- A hedge wizard we saved from the hands of Ignus. She joined the Order
in 1194, and resides near Port Erin on Isle of Man

- Egil
- The hersir of the northern lands. He has the ear of the King, and
has promised to take our side in matters that concern us (after the
incident in Games of Douglas).

- Barry
- Barkeeper of "Broken Gnome": recognizes the characters as one of the biggest income sources for his tavern, therefore keeps them happy.
- Ephram
- The old pilgrim we found nearly dead with a red arrow in his side.
- "Judas"
- A boatsman and a stool-pigeon in Port Erin. An expensive source of information.
- Perry Mason
- The mason living and working in our covenant.
- Mael Cais
- Talented weaponsmith in our covenant.

- Hersir of the Lonan parish.

- Vassal of Hjaldir, a hated enemy of Tomas.

- Hersir before Hjaldir, fealty to Godred II, king of Man.

- Corvus ex Bjornaer of Voluntas
- An evil Bjornaer magus, caught spying on the covenant.
- Brian ex Guernicus of Whitehaven - deceased
- The Quaesitor bastard who lives in Whitehaven covenant and generally makes our lives miserable. He later turned out to be a diabolist too.

- Eskarus
- The head of the demons and the biggest and baddest of them all. We
met him during the Fallen Angel, and again when searching for the broken
staff.
- Izarn - deceased
- He was the proud and obnoxious hunter from the village of Bruinn.
He challenged Ewan into a barehanded fight, was beaten to heavy wounds
and unconscious. Later turned into the demon of wrath. Met his end in
the small monastery.
- Bretmar - deceased
- Brave and proud woodworker and sculptor who was turned into a demon
like Izarn. Lead the uprising against the demons into the church during
the Fallen Angel. When Eskarus died, we found the body of Bretmar instead.

- Phelan - deceased
- The innkeeper at Inn of the Two Owls, who had founded the inn
while we were in Arcadia. He also was a werewolf, and stood in our way
while we were getting into Varina's tomb, which led to his demise.
- Hymyhuuli ("Smiley") - deceased
- Phelan's associate. He was a troll, normally seen in a shape of a small
human with copper-coloured nails, but able to grow to the size of 3 meters
tall. He was responsible for Brannigan's death, and paid for it with his own
blood. Now he is a statue, turned to copper in his death, and stands on
clearing surrounded by our sanctum buildings.

- Old magus, leader of the Stratus Intimus.
- Ignus ex Flambeau
- Hot-headed, proud magus. Hoplite of the Order. Challenged Beanárd to certámen and lost.
- Trillon ex Bonisagus
- Silent, seclusive but friendly magus.
- Crassus ex Criamon
- Criamon magus, widely imprinted with tattoos.

- Lord Oneiron the Winged
- The Sidhe Lord in Scotland. We ran into him when investigating the
tomb of Varina for the second time.
- Manannan Mac Lir
- King of the Sea Faeries on Isle of Man, responsible for the "theft"
of our Gifts.
- Arawn
- "Lord of the Underworld", Faerie king of faeries of Man. Do
not let the fact that he is the ruler of the celtic land of the dead
fool you; he throws great parties!

- Lord Goulis
- A King's Counsellor, we also found his name in a chest with loads
of aesfotedia in Brian's sanctum, with a promise for more.

- Ashenrise
- Hibernian covenant dedicated to fighting demons.
- Crun Clach
- One of the big covenants in Loch Leglean. The Praeco, Caitlin, lives here.
- Horsingas
- A friendly covenant located in the lowlands, in a constant struggle
with Voluntas.
- Lombard
- Hibernian covenant, who asked us for help in the Fallen Angel.
- Nova Conchre
- A Hibernian spring covenant near Carlow, in Leinster county in
Ireland. The men trying to steal the Cross of Gilchrist were
hired by this covenant. We have one of their signet rings.
- Stratus Intimus
- Our rival covenant. "Owns" the north side of the Isle of Man.
- Whitehaven
- Our old rival covenant that we destroyed after a Wizard's War.
- Voluntas
- Covenant from Stonehenge tribunal, they're nearly always at the throats
of the magi in Horsingas.

- Breasal
- A small village of free peasants the magi helped with their problems.
Here they destroyed Corwinus, a diabolist, who was turned into a
diabolic vampire after his death. The magi also rescued a girl
from the village.
- Port Erin
- The nearby town, where the covenant usually gets its supplies from.
