Necklace of the Fish
A lesser enchanted device, this necklace contains the spell Lungs of the Fish, which changes all water that is entering the wearer's lungs into air. One can breathe underwater with it.

The water breathing spell effect is constant (+5). Necklace gives a +4 bonus to affect breathing and speaking while a ring would give +2 bonus to constant effect. Bearnárd's lab total with these changes is 40'ish, so making two of these in one season is not a problem.
The reason for Bearnárd to do this was his custo, Peadar, who fell in love with a naiad. While making one necklace for him, Bearnárd decided to do one for himself as well.
