Ring of Neptune's Friendship
This magic item has only water-related effects, and it is especially designed to be used underwater. Since all the effects are relatively low-leveled, they can be instilled practically in any item. Something wearable is best though, since the effects are constant.

Lungs of the Fish allows the wearer to breathe underwater (ArM114), sense through water means "Make your senses unaffected by water" (Intellego Aquam 15 guideline, ArM113). Freedom Within the Waves enables the wearer to move freely through water without being encumbered or slowed, as well as keeps the wearer dry (WGre157).
All the effects are made as constant (+5 to effective level). All effects combined there are 45 levels of them.

It takes one season to open the item for enchantment and one to instill every listed effect. To finish it requires a year.
